What we process
Omnishelf stores the data needed to give you a personal, private library:
- your account and sign-in identity;
- the links, uploads and screenshots you save;
- collections, tags and corrections you create;
- derived library data such as titles, summaries, categories, transcripts, thumbnails and keyframes.
Source media (the original video or image behind a save) is used only temporarily for processing and is deleted after analysis, with lifecycle cleanup as a fallback.
Authentication and payments
Authentication is provided by Auth0. Payments are processed byRazorpay and Google Play. Omnishelf never sees or stores your card details.
Your controls
- Edit or correct derived details on any item.
- Remove individual saved items at any time.
- Delete your entire account from Settings.
Deleting your account permanently removes your library, saves, collections, credit balance and uploads. See account deletion for the full steps and exactly what is kept.
Retention after deletion
Records of completed purchases are retained in de-identified form โ with no link to your name, email or account โ because tax, accounting and payment-provider reconciliation require it. Everything else tied to your account is removed.
